For ready stocks order, we will mail out your parcel within 1-2 working days after your payment being verified.

Backorder will be mailed around backorder’s ETA (estimated time of arrival) which are stated in every product detail.

An email with tracking info will be sent to you once your item has been shipped.
Delivery is carried out during working days, Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and local public holidays. 

For West Malaysia orders, all items will be mailed out by using express mail which takes 2-3 working days to reach.

For East Malaysia orders, all items will be mailed out by using express mail which takes 4-5 working days to reach.

Yes, additional postage fee will be collected for re-delivery if the parcel is bounced back to us.

All parcels need to be signed upon receipt. Please track your parcel with the provided tracking number once it being mailed from us. You may arrange for re-delivery with the shipping company or self-collect at the allocated post office if the postman attempt delivery unsuccessfully. All parcels will be returned to us if it being unattended in post office after 5 working days. 

We offer FREE EXPRESS DELIVERY throughout Malaysia for all orders above RM150. 

For orders below RM150, shipping fee is charged at flat rate basis:
RM8/West Malaysia
RM12/East Malaysia

We do not provide COD and self collection yet at our retail store or HQ based in Klang.
